Expansion of Liverton Business Park, Exmouth

In response to demand for more business premises on the outskirts of Exmouth, MTA were asked to investigate the feasibility of expanding Liverton Business Park. Having already designed a number of successful commercial buildings for the site, including retail warehouses for Halfords, Carpet Right and Pets at Home, MTA have produced a master plan to show how the business park could be expanded in the future. Detailed consultations with East Devon District Council have now led to an outline planning application being made.
