New Boxing Club and Houses in Rowner, Gosport

Plans to replace the derelict Rowner Recreation Centre with fourteen smart new houses and a home for Gosport Amateur Boxing Club have been submitted to Gosport Borough Council. The site has been empty for years and the building severely damaged by fire. The new proposals will be a significant improvement of the site and provide high quality family homes as well as a new sports facility for the local community.
