In response to demand for more business premises on the outskirts of Exmouth, MTA were asked to investigate the feasibility of expanding Liverton Business Park. Having already designed a number of successful commercial buildings for the site, including retail warehouses for Halfords, Carpet Right and Pets at Home, MTA have produced a master plan to show how the business park could be expanded in the future.

Planning approval has been granted for the expansion of Liverton Business Park, Exmouth.
