Planning and listed building consent has recently been granted for this eight bedroom extension to a grade II listed hotel situated at the end of an historic Georgian crescent within a Conservation Area in Alverstoke, Gosport. The design has been sensitively developed with detailed discussions with the Conservation Officer to enhance this historic and handsome building. The proposals retain the existing proportions and details whilst providing high quality new hotel accommodation.
