The first phase of this project was the sensitive conversion and extension to a Grade II listed building to create a new 67 bed residential and nursing home facility within an extensive parkland and lakeside setting in the countryside in North Devon. The new wing respects and compliments the original castle building and provides high quality accommodation, built to exceed the latest standards. A second phase included another extension to create 9 self contained cottage units for couples requiring some on site care for one partner.
