Kings House is a Grade II listed historic building which occupies a commanding position on King Street overlooking Brixham’s Inner Harbour. MTA Architects were responsible for the design and management of this large scale refurbishment project that has restored this building to its former glory and created some high quality living accommodation. Detailed discussions ended in agreement with the Conservation officer to allow a magnificent modern new dormer window and roof balcony in return for a number of other high quality but more traditional improvements to the building. The result is a high quality and handsomely proportioned house with cool modern interiors and panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea.
