This project is a smart new teaching facility located within the campus of Brixham Community College. It is
fully integrated with the main school but also has its own separate entrance, car park and reception and is
primarily used for adult education. It is also the home for ACE who are a large group of physically disabled
people who use the centre for a wide variety of social and educational uses including gardening, I.T., creative
writing, pottery and art classes. The sensory garden is fully accessible with raised planters and low ramps.
The project is part new build and part refurbishment of an old caretaker's bungalow.
