These are new individual houses for this semi-rural site on the outskirts of Buckfastleigh. The houses have been arranged within the gardens of a large Victorian house which was refurbished as part of the contract. Some contemporary design features, combined with traditional detailing and materials provide high quality modern living accommodation which sits comfortably in its beautiful surroundings. The landscaping was an important part of the scheme with each house backing on to the River Mardle.
