This new residential development was completed in 2007 on a brown-field site adjacent
to the River Kensey in Launceston. The new buildings are timber-frame construction
in with a variety of traditional materials used for the external finishes. The construction
cost for the whole development was approximately £1.75 million. The new accommodation
is a mixture of sizes and types ranging from one bedroom flats to four bedroom family
houses.
