Planning consent has recently been granted for this 20 bedroom extension to The Devon Hotel in Exeter for The Brend Group of Hotels. The design represents a modern interpretation of the adjacent 1960s extension which was one of the first "Motels" built in this country. The elevations are composed from painted render and PVCu cladding with a single ply membrane mono-pitched roof. Extensive hard and soft landscaping and car parking are also included.
