This new clubhouse, changing rooms and grandstand is for an ambitious local football club who want to improve their facilities. The sloping site prompted a two storey building with a clubroom and spectator terrace at entrance level, with changing rooms and players facilities below at pitch level. The project will be part funded by the FA and has been designed to their particular detailed standards. Planning approval has been granted by South Hams District Council and work is expected to start on site soon.
