This project involved two extensions and internal re-modelling of a detached rural
house on the outskirts of the pretty Dartmoor village of Lustleigh. Each extension
is very different in its function and style. The curved kitchen extension includes
a sliding / folding glazed wall which opens out to a terrace and garden. At first
floor, a new bedroom and balcony overlook the private garden. The rear extension
is more in keeping with the existing house and includes a garage, study and bedroom
with en-suite bathroom. Building work was completed in the summer of 2010.
