This new property is designed to sit on a very steep hillside site in Kingswear with spectacular views across the River Dart towards Dartmouth College. MTA were commissioned to design this unique house to take full advantage of its location. It will be a low energy dwelling with timber frame construction and gull wing roofs finished with sedum planting .
