The Client’s brief called for a “New England” style for this grand new house to replace an existing property on this large woodland site in Surrey. With a floor area of over 5,000 square feet it will be a substantial property, with accommodation is arranged over three levels. It includes a self contained apartment for a nanny at ground floor level, the main living space on the middle level and five bedrooms at first floor level.
