This pair of contemporary houses have been constructed on a prime sea front location at Hill Head Fareham in Hampshire. They are built on the site of a single dwelling which was demolished. One of these properties is due to be featured in the “Building the Dream” series being aired on channel More4 in late 2018. These substantial houses have been constructed from ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) and are of the highest energy standards, achieving a rating 95 out of 100 for energy performance. Both properties are subtly different in layout and appearance, though blend well into the surroundings and offer views out to the Solent and the Isle of Wight beyond.
