MTA Chartered Architects were commissioned to design a new 28,000 sq ft industrial unit with 2 storey office area and entrance reception on a site of approx 0.5 hectares. This allowed ITT Gould Pumps to relocate their business from their current building on the same site which they have outgrown, to a new facility that will cater for their planned expansion of the business for the foreseeable future.
