Detached House, Alverstoke, Hampshire

MTA Architects have substantially redesigned this 1930’s detached house with sea front views over Stokes Bay. The new design provides an open plan kitchen/dining area at ground floor level, with the main living room located on the first floor with a balcony making the most of the sea views. The proposals include another floor within the roof space which incorporates the master bedroom suite.
